When you telnet to another system it opens and connects to the socket port
setup for telnet services in the IP services file (normally port 23). I
don't know if you can use sockets support with ILERPG, but it might be worth
checking into. I know you can do this with C and normally a special program
is written for each system, like using ICF between two 400s.
