The only time I had to do an IPL to get out of a sticky problem was
when we used AnyNet on our test 400. AnyNet was new and I was the
only user on the machine at the time. I haven't trusted AnyNet since.
Now, in the past, I've had to bring tcp/ip down and up a few times,
but I haven't had to do that since we got our risc boxes with v4r1.

You'll find that you'll be doing lots of IPL's on your 400 to get out of sticky
situations. We have to.
