I went to the one a couple weeks ago and was disappointed.  The Killer Apps
speaker wasn't bad, but wasn't overly interesting.  The guy from IBM who spoke
on what the AS/400 could do was great, but for the most part I think he was
preaching to the choir.

I had no idea what to expect since there was no agenda on the web site.  I
registered thru their web site a few days in advance, but when I got there
they had no record of me registering.  (Probably had an NT server handling
that).

There was a small vendor expo, but nothing exciting.

If you were top management who knew nothing of the AS/400, this gave you an
good understanding of its capabilities.  But for me, it offered almost nothing
I didn't already know.
