As long as you can recompile them on the RISC box, they should work,
although you will then have non observable RISC code, which might be an
issue down the road.  If the command processing programs for the BLDWNDPGM
command are observable you should be OK. 

Not sure if Source Retrieval will do third party source, but you can
explain the circumstances to them if you want to go that route.  There may
be legal issues with the original software license that might need to be
considered (speak to a lawyer versed in this area).

I've never used them, I just refer folks to them, as I get calls from time
to time asking if we have a decompiler in our TAA Productivity Tools
package.
