Well - it wasn't exactly hidden - but it's true there were no longer
dumb terminals for Requirements entry in the Registration area (mainly
because the Registration area in the convention centre was torn down
after Tuesday and Registration moved to an area outside HQ in the
Hilton for any one day attendees).
You could enter Requirements from the ThinkPad's in the COMMON
Bookstore (same as in New Orleans) that have Web Browsers and a 5250
connection to the on-site COMMON AS/400. This was mentioned every day
in Green Streak.

Yes, the whole requirements system is under review. A white paper was
presented to the Board, and we are to produce an implementation plan
for a new (probably Domino based) system to be presented to the Board
at the Spring/99 San Francisco conference.

As for a case-insensitive scan, sorry Dean, the 400 is a very sensitive
system and wouldn't feel right about ignoring your case ! :-)

Don,

In a message dated 98-10-10 15:02:21 EDT, you write:

Well, if they hid the requirements area like they did at NOLA, I can
understand it. Besides, when do I get my case-insensitive scan in
DSPSPLF
;-)?

Cheers!
