John,

In a message dated 98-10-10 01:06:21 EDT, you write:

Exactly. Shortly after I started on the /400 (nine years ago) and realized
its' potential, I stated that a person could spend a lifetime studying this
machine and not know everything there was to know about it. I doubt that
Frank Soltis himself could, it's just too flexible. Today, the box supports
_TWICE_ what it did back then (JAVA, TCP/IP, IFS, Domino, POP3, etc.), and *I*
still don't know all the stuff that was originally supported. Not to mention
that the configuration options bear no resemblance to the old models, even up
to the "F" series.

You just can't know it all, as my earlier CPYF question idicates (AND I
_THINK_ THAT WE'VE HAD ENOUGH RESPONSES TO THAT QUESTION, BTW). How many
other AS/400 "Easter Eggs" are there out there?

Amen!
