RE: WRKSPLF *INTERM vs *BASIC

I think WRKSLF *INTERM will go directly to OUTQ by name.

But when you use WRKSPLF *BASIC, it will try to locate active writer
first and then find an assocoated OUTQ, which can be completely
different.
