Loyd a few items
1.  get off of V3R7 before its support expires and you own  all these
problems.

2. this sounds  more like a six digit date problem with a system pivot
[window] date of GE 1940.  Under  this scenario  you cannot have anyone
born  or a transaction between  1900- 1939

3.  it is possible to come up with another problematical situation were  it
becomes 1928- 2053[I think]
