OV documents are normally DCA/RFT (Revisable Form Text - not to be
confused with Rich Text Format). At one point I think you could load
Microsoft Word support for converting DCA documents. You might want to
check to see if that conversion routine is still available.

The other format common with OV is DCA/FFT (Final Form Text). It has a
lot less in the way of embedded DCA control codes, but still needs
conversion.
