No programs are defined in the F specs of an RPG program.  All files, (with 
some exceptions) are defined in the F specs.  This includes database, printer 
and screen files.  The only exceptions are files accessed with SQL or by 
calling another program.

I appreciate your desire to code RPG and CL.  And I am sure the list is willing 
to help you.  However the best way we can help you might be to point out some 
educational paths you might be more productive taking.
