Mohammad,
1. You can run CHKOBJ from the command line or from CL pgm.
2. Your question is not clear to me, probably you ask about monitoring
   an escape message like after chkobj when the object doesn't exist.
   In this case use the command MONMSG. (use help, F1 to get help about
   MONMSG and how to use it).
3. DSPOBJD lib/obj OUTPUT(*FILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/filename)
   The library for the OUTFILE can be QTEMP or any other library.
