I don't know what I am missing....

While using WRKMBRPDM on QGPL/QAPZCOVER -

I don't understand why but signed on as QSECOFR on the 170 V4R2, I don't
have all of the options like 2=Edit, 6=Print, etc.  I have only 10 valid
options.  On the model 400 V3R7, there are 17 options.

I checked EDTOBJAUT on the object on both boxes and they seem the same
with *PUBLIC *USE.  Even if I change the authority to *PUBLIC *ALL there
is no change.

I checked QSECOFR user profile on both boxes and they also seem the
same, with *ALLOBJ, etc.

Both boxes at level 40 security.

If I work on another file like QCLSRC in QGPL everything is fine so
there is something at the object level.
