Sounds to me like this guy got a price hike.  We receiced several copies (4
that I can remember for v4r2) for free.  Anything over that would be a price
hike.  We have paid for additional copies in the past when we received 1 or
2 copies of v4r1 for free and Matt wanted 2 more for himself and Hadley.
The other thing that you have to realize is that the US and Canadian
channels are very different in how they are managed.
