  • Subject: Flaky F3 key

I have users who when using the F3 key to exit from almost any screen in our
system, both home grown and purchased, get a 'Dr. Watson' error. This error
then kills all session they have running, not just the one they pressed F3
in.  The truly strange part is that it happens to our first floor only, and
not always to the same people. One person gets this at least once per day !

We are running Win/NT, Client Access V3R1M2 service pack SF41904, connected
with 100gb Ethernet and TCP/IP to an AS/400 Model 510.

Can someone give me a hint where to point our PC specialists?

TIA
