The 407 had a relay in it that tripped one time out of three to make one
model the slowest.  We pulled it and increased our thruput threefold
Put an access lock on the "computer room" door to prevent unannounced
IBM visits.  Got busted one day though but IBM never said anything cause we
had a 360 on order at 6000/mo in 1968 dollars
