I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer. With the help of some email sent to me
privately I've figured
out how to get this think working to open a book directly. Instead of clicking
on Favorites - Add to
Favorites, do a right click instead. Then select Add to Favorites. They work
differently and you'll get
the right URL. Still makes it not as easy as displaying it at the top, but
you'll get your link.
