Terminology suggests that CYYMMDD is the dreaded IBM fashioned seven digit 
date.  CCYYMMDD is the 4 digit year.  A single C indicates a century indicator: 
 0 for 1900, 1 for 2000.  Two CC indicates the actual century:  ..., 19, 20 or 
beyond.
