Patricia,
        If you are using HPJetDirect cards on your printers, you will want to
check the IP Timeout.  If it is set too low, the printer will keep
closing the connection pre-maturely, not allowing the spool file to
print.  Also, take a look at the joblog for the outq.  Sometimes, this
will give a little more info.
