Use the command WRKTCPSTS *CNN to see if there are any active
connections to the AS/400.  This will not show you if there were
previous connections however.  To prevent use of TCP/IP at ANY
level(FTP, Telnet etc), issue the ENDTCP command.  You would probably
want to edit the system startup program (check sysval QSTRUPPGM) and
remote any STRTCP from it.  To prevent anyone from starting TCP/IP you
can secure the STRTCP command.
