We have a SCSI A-B-C (3-way) manual switch that we have used on our
3590s
that works well. It's from Inter Computer Systems, Inc. and it's a
model
        I-2201E UniSwitch.

        They can be reached at:

Subject: Switch To Share 3590 Tape Unit Between 2 AS/400's
Importance: High

Hi all,

Has anyone found a third party switch that will allow a 3590 tape drive
to
be shared between 2 AS/400's??? We currently have 2 3590 drives shared
between 3 AS/400's. I would like via a switch to share with our
development
and Y2K test system.

I spoke with Black Box this afternoon and they have nothing for the 3590
drives.

TIA,

Mike Shaw
