*DATE on DSPF program

What do you think, should the program receive this error?

No I don't.  If I remember correctly there is an easy work-round - simply
change from CF to CA (or is it the other way round? - never can remember!)
and the problem disappears.

I still don't think that WAD (Working as Designed) is acceptable however.
The error occurs only when you use the option to return data to the program
when the function key is pressed.  That means that the F key in this case
should have exactly the same effect as pressing <Enter>.  Since the system
does do the validation when you press <Enter> it should also do it here.

Don't accept the WAD designation, the problem can't be closed unless you
agree so don't agree <bg>.
