First the easy answer. You can calculate the usage of *JOB and/or *PRINT users using AS/400 job accounting.
Now, the hard answer. What's it worth per page or per CPU second? This is a tough answer.
First of all, it has to do with the deal that you got on your system.
Secondly, what't the value of your time, and associated rent, power. You have to add up your department expenses, and allocate the costs.
