Hello.

I have a little question.

I want create file, which join two files.

The join field PF018A10/POST in one file and the join field PFPCBAN/AIA05
exist in the other file.
Fields have equal format.

OPNQRYF FILE((PF018A10) (PFPCBAN)) FORMAT(NEW$) +
             JFLD((PF018A10/POST PFPCBAN/AIA05)) +
             MAPFLD((POST 'pf018a10/post') (HA003 +
             'pfpcban/ha003')) OPNID(NEWF)

And I receive:

File NEW$ in library *LIBL not found.
CPF9812 received by procedure CLTEST.

Really, file NEW$ not exist, but I suppose that command OPNQRYF know what
kind format need make.

In book DB2/400 Database Programming write:

The join field is Cust, which exists in both files. To join the files and
save a copy of the results in a new physical file MYLIB/FILEC, you can
specify:

  OPNQRYF FILE(FILEA FILEB) FORMAT(JOINAB) +
    JFLD((FILEA/CUST FILEB/CUST)) +
    MAPFLD((CUST 'FILEA/CUST')) OPNID(QRYFILE)

  CPYFRMQRYF FROMOPNID(QRYFILE) TOFILE(MYLIB/FILEC) CRTFILE(*YES)

The file MYLIB/FILEC will be created by the CPYFRMQRYF command.

May be I something not understanding?
Explain, please.

Excuse me for bad english.
Thanks.
