I haven't used LotusScript, but I've done a decent amount with the Notes
formula language @DB commands to access AS/400 data.  Don't know if that's
helpful, but I did find a few things that might be relevant.  Make sure that
the id you are using for the connection still works, with the password that
you are using (seems basic, but I've seen this broken).  Use the fully
qualified name of the file in your SQL, such as library.file   There was a
guy on the notes.net board with the same error, but he never posted if
(or whether) he got it fixed.  Might be worth a look there at
http://notes.net/46dom.nsf

Also worth trying-- Midrange Computing posted a sample app at
http://www.midrangecomputing.com/ie/98/yrdownload.htm
that uses LotusScript.  I'd download it and see if it works on your system, 
and if it does find out what is different.
