Don't reinvent the wheel.  Retrieve the source code for the SNDTCPF and
RTVTCPF commands from the News/400 web site.
August 1995 by Julian Monypenny.
(It uses another command called FNDSTRM (find string in member) that
Julian wrote in June 1995 - the source is part of the TCP send/receive
file download.  It uses it to check for messages in the log file.
