It's available for those on V3R2 because if you have CISC hardware you
can't upgrade to a newer release.
If you have RISC hardware and you're on V3R6 or V3R7 you CAN upgrade
your software, to V4R1/2/3.
Besides, V3R2 support continues until May 2000, whereas V3R6 is Octover
1998 and V3R7 is June 1999.
Isn't it enough that they're supporting 3 RISC releases and a CISC
release ?  They don't have unlimited resources.
