I have had all files journalled since day one and have been reusing deleted
records since it was first available.  I have seen no impact on journalling
or the journalling/recovery processes *except* when you do a rgzpfm.  You
can only apply journal entries up to the start of the rgzpfm.  You *must*
do a save after the reorg and begin your recovery after the save.
