RE: V3R7 CUM Tape

V3R7 is now a pretty old release. We are probably seeing the end of the major 
PTF Cycle for that release.

Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone knows why IBM didn't release a V3R7
CUM at (or around) the originally scheduled date of august 25. Without
a comment they changed the date to sometime in november. Any reason?
The current CUM was release in the second half of april.
