Don Marti (who runs the page) says he will include AS/400 if he gets
enough requests.
("AS/400 rules" appears 4 times on an AltaVista search).

If you'd like to see AS/400 included (yeah I know, technically the OS is
OS/400, but there ain't no "OS/400 rules" hits on AltaVista) send Don a
