Because of phone cost in the UK.  They don't have ISP plans like $20.00 a
month with unlimited access.  They connect to their ISP and then the phone
company there charges them a per minute fee for the phone service.  Our
users will need to be connected all day long five days a week and some
weekend work.

                Why not put the AS/400 on the internet with it's own I/P
address and put
                the remote office on the internet too through an ISP there?
