The thing is, its a program I wrote.  The program is OEPE02B.  The user is
myself.  I mean its happened before with other programs.  I do a SBMJOB to
run most of my programs.

I've tried this.  It tells me the job has completed, but it still shows up
as having FIN jobs.  In fact I usually kill it with *IMMED and that is not
working.

(works for jobs that are in OUTQ status - deletes all spool files)
