Define a HLPARA that encompasses the entire display. Build a separate :help 
name= section referencing its name, and use :imhelp name= tags to import the 
specific sections from the general and field level help that you want to be in 
the extended help. At least that's the way I've done it. I remember having this 
problem, and I think this got around it. I just looked up some code that I 
wrote many moons ago when I was doing help panels quite a lot, and that's the 
way it was written.
