Hi Gary!

Since you helped me out before on this IP printing through the
midrange-l I thought maybe I would try picking your brain on this
one. My first problem is I have set up our new IBM 6400 Line printer
as an IP printer. I can ping this device but when I create my output
queue the same as all my HP LaserJet 4000's the output just sits on
*SND but doesn't go anywhere.

Here is my output queue specs.

Any suggestions, thoughts, ideas?

Also, I would like to really set this up giving the users the ability
to control their output as far as change of forms goes. I thought I
would be able to use the CRTDEVPRT but the way it shows you in the
NEWS400 I don't have the same options. (i.e. LANATTACH) We are on
V3R2. Any other ideas?

I hope you don't mind the questions and sorry if I have bothered
you at a bad time.

Brenda
