I think that Harbinger's EDI/400 is the old Premenos EDI/400.  We did it 
without the manuals.  One great thing is their support.  Heck, they'll 
practically talk you through the whole step.

We're implementing Harbinger's EDI/400.  Working well. It's a full
service package - communications, etc.  Just one thing - I thought I
could just hit the manuals and learn it.  Didn't work.  You definately
need to take advantage of their classes.  I sent a programmer to the
basic and advanced and it cost less than $1,500.  Well worth it.
