For display file, we use one set of DDS and 2 message file (one french, one 
english) and the MSGCON keyword. So we compile the DDS twice changing the 
library list. This way, we partially avoid the problem of maintaning 2 
identical sources.

The MSGID keyword allow something like this. It would be great (one source, one 
object, several languages specific message files) but working with this keyword 
in SDA is not practical (all you see is a bunch of OOOOO).

That is what we want to avoid. With 2 sets of files, the chances of level check 
problem is too high.
