That's not correct. JBuilder/400 does include the Toolbox but we have 
integrated the
Toolbox help in the JBuilder Help system along with providing a number of 
wizards for
using toolbox components, putting the components on the palette, making sure the
deployment wizard deploys to the AS/400, and a specific wizard for kicking off 
the
CRTJAVPGM program to compile the JAVA bytecode on the AS/400. Look for our 
announcement of
JBuilder 2/400 for even more wizards and features.
