You probably wouldn't want to hard code a program name - it wouldn't
help if you added a program.

You could do something like this: - I think the system data structure
has the job type (batch or interactive) in it.  Or you could do a
rtvjoba to get this info.  

This would allow you to display the popup if interactive, or perform
some other action (such as assign a default) if in batch.

The pc jobs would show up as a batch job.
