1. A lot of information about job (including subsystem name) is provided
thru QUSRJOBI API.
2. You are allowed to run ENDSBS *ALL from CL program, provided it runs
from console device in controlling subsystem.
3. System restricted status flag can be checked using QWCRSSTS API.
