I believe you're correct.  IF the system is already above the system ASP
threshold it won't send the file, but if just before you send the one
millionth and final record in the file the system ASP goes over the
threshold, I believe it will abort.

It's also too stupid to check for a valid delivery address in the remote
system directory BEFORE it spends hours transmitting the file to the
remote system.  It will send the entire file, then the target system
will throw it away and send back an unknown recipient error.  Guess they
haven't done much to SNADS for years apart from giving us the display
that shows the percentage send on WRKDTQ several releases back.
