There's no reference to RXAPI in my Code/400 documentation, however, 
RXAPI.EXE is in my \ADTSWIN directory.  I'm not familiar with it, but I'd 
take a peek in the Win95 startup folder as well as AUTOEXEC.BAT and 
WIN.INI
