Is there a utility available that allows one to see another's screen?
I'd like to be able to answer the phone, hear the user's problem, and
bring up the user's screen as-is and follow the user's steps. STRCPYSCN
has two drawbacks: 1) it is a step behind. 2) it can't (so far as I can
figure out) be brought up after the user is already in trouble.
Of course the gorgeous solution would be to have the solution open two
screens on my desktop: 1) the user's screen and 2)the debug screen.
