Scott,
This is the week for never ending jobs. You need to do the following:
1. QINACTMSGQ to yourlib/yourmsgq
2. Set the QINACT... level to whatever you feel comfortable with
3. Create CL program to monitor (RCVMSG) Message Queue yourlib/yourmsgq
4. When message is received, you will have enough information to identify the
user, and execute the DSCJOB command if appropriate.
