Well, they're not charging for the software, that's the media & handling
charge for tapes/CD's, manuals, shipping, handling , etc. etc. etc.  If
you can't afford $195 to upgrade the machine you run your business on to
a Y2K compliant version of the operating system, maybe I can interest
you in a box of pencils and an abacus ?    ;-)

PS - If you compare that to the cost of going to V4 you'll think it IS
free !
