Some QTEMP information is available via WRKJOB...
WRKJOB JOB(123456/USER/JOBNM) OPTION(*LIBL) 

then, key a "5" next to QTEMP.  This displays a screen showing the
contents of QTEMP, along with each object size, for the job.

To do this quickly, and in batch, there may be something in the API's
which are equivalent to WRKJOB.
