Terry,

For FTP you need a Windows or Macintosh FTP application. Windows 95/NT
both come with a basic FTP program. Just click Start, Run, FTP, Enter.
But it is pretty basic (command line type of interface). There are
several low cost Windows FTP clients available. I like WSFTP myself. You
can get it at Tucows: http://www.tucows.com.
