Jon,

  Make sure that you have a cable plugged into the ethernet port, and that this
cable is then plugged into a hub.  You should see a green light on the hub as 
well
as on the card.  You also want to make sure that you have enough memory in the
machine pool when you vary this on, as I have noticed the FSIOP/IPCS takes a 
lot of
memory from the machine pool.
