Under V4R2, I get an MCH1210 every time I try to do a DSPPGMREF *ALLUSR/*ALL
when it reaches any one of three particular COBOL program objects. When I
reported the bug I was told I must have done something wrong when I compiled
the programs. They absolutely refused to acknowledge a bug in DSPPGMREF. I
didn't bother pursuing an MCH1210 when doing a RSTSHF *ALL.

I'm back to the point of not reporting a problem unless I can not circumvent it.
