Yes, thanks to Gary & David both for clearing this up.  I guess the
bottom line for me is to just stop using RTVBNDSRC and add the source
manually.  I was sort of hoping someone from IBM would jump in here and
explain why RTVBNDSRC works the way it does (I know, it's a FEATURE, not
a bug). 

One other thing I've gotten from this discussion, is that apparently
there is no relationship between the order of the exports in the binder
and the order of the actual procedures in the module source.  I had been
taking pains to keep them the same, but they would be easier to find in
the source if I arranged them alphabetically. Do you guys have any
standards on this?
