Perhaps your client had failed to do a system save after loading the pTF's
or perhaps she hadn't even loaded them all?  I can certainly see no reason
for keeping them after applying them and doing a system save.  If she has a
problem can't she get the latest cumulative pack (via ECS?) or are they for
a very old release?
