We've been using named TN5250 devices for some time now, and have not had this 
problem. There were some others though, which have been fixed within the last 
few weeks, so be sure you are up to snuff on your PTFs. Also, don't set the 
auto-reconnect switch unless you're prepared to handle the situation where the 
user tries to activate a device that's already in use. It will cause a message 
loop that will prevent anyone else from logging in. We've turned off 
auto-reconnect for most of our users. A few shop floor devices still use it, 
but we have built an exit program that handles this specific problem.
